About Course
Topics covered include: Intensive review of the management decision making processes and nature of management information, examination of concepts and rational underlying managerial decision on how to implement the appropriate fund to the project. In identifying the project, preparation of project feasibility study, financial and economic analysis and planning the project and management.
Course Objectives:
This course builds on the knowledge acquired in project analysis and management and introduces some new concepts and the use of different methods and techniques in the analysis, planning and control of the project operations and in management decision making processes. At the end of the course, a student is expected to:

Apply the procedures on standard project analysis methods
Apply correctly the various methods of project analysis in how to implement the appropriate fund.
Appreciate and use the tools of standard analysis as a benchmark to measure actual performance of the project.
